• Safety, every time. Following safe practice is part of the job, not an extra.

Experience in bespoke kitchens or a related trade helps. If you have the attitude and not yet the trade experience, say so, because we do train.

Kitchen Cabinet Maker

Work on made-to-measure kitchen cabinetry, preparing and assembling pieces accurately from agreed project specifications. The role suits someone who enjoys careful workshop work and understands that small dimensional errors can create much larger problems during installation.

Qualifications

• Practical cabinetmaking or joinery experience
• Confidence reading dimensions and project drawings
• Careful approach to measuring and assembly
• Ability to maintain a clean and organised working area
• Willingness to discuss build details with designers and installers

Kitchen Installer

Fit bespoke kitchen cabinetry in customers' homes, working carefully around the realities of existing buildings. The role includes setting out, cabinet alignment, fitting panels and resolving the small site details that make a visible difference to the finished room.

Qualifications

• Previous kitchen fitting, joinery or fitted furniture experience
• Accurate measuring and setting-out skills
• Good problem-solving ability on site
• Respectful and tidy approach in occupied homes
• Clear communication with customers and the wider project team

Kitchen Designer

Develop practical kitchen layouts around customer needs, room dimensions and made-to-measure cabinetry. The role involves listening carefully, solving storage and circulation problems and communicating ideas clearly rather than simply choosing finishes.

Qualifications

• Experience in kitchen, interior or fitted furniture design
• Strong spatial planning skills
• Ability to balance practical requirements with visual detail
• Confident customer communication
• Organised approach to project information and revisions

Workshop and Installation Assistant
